About Our Studio
Our Images
We have been collecting vintage postcards for some time and the collection is ever-changing. We will occasionally send you updates to the collection. Unless otherwise noted, each image-showcasing product can be made with any image in our catalogs.
To order an image item, please add image code to product code. For example: HGS-VALA = Small Hanging Glitter Card, Victorian Alphabet Letter “A”.
The Glitter
We use authentic glass glitter imported from Germany. Accordingly, please use care when handling. Our products adorned with glass glitter are not suitable for children. Exposure to air may cause the glitter to tarnish.
Ship Dates
Each order is handmade using the best materials by Barbara and her production assistants in our studio in scenic North Idaho. We keep very little stock on hand and generally assemble each order upon receipt. As a result, on average, an order is shipped within one week. This average does not apply to the show season and holidays, during which it may take up to a month to ship some orders. We do our best to ensure your order will arrive by your special occasion when noted on the order.
Minimums
$200 minimum opening order. $150 minimum reorder. Orders placed under the minimum are subject to approval and a $5 service fee may apply.
Payment
All orders must be paid by COD, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or ProForma. We are unable to extend credit at this time. Returned checks are assessed a $25 service fee. All orders above $500 will be charged 50% of the product total prior to production unless another agreement has been made.
Prices
Prices listed are wholesale and are subject to change without notice. Freight costs are the responsibility of the client.
Delivery
Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground, FOB Sandpoint, ID, unless expedited shipping is requested.
Special Orders
Large or custom orders require additional lead time and non-refundable deposit.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in sellable condition. Of course we are happy to replace any items damaged during shipping.
Online Sales
Pricing for online sales must not be discounted below 200% of the current wholesale cost. We reserve the right to discontinue sales to any retailer who does not adhere to this guideline.
